GENERAL
Traditional Experience: Our spa embraces a traditional full-nude experience to promote complete relaxation and rejuvenation. However, your comfort always comes first — bathing suits are welcome if you prefer.
Food & Drinks: Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the facility. However, you’re welcome to enjoy them in our designated outdoor seating area and benches.
Attire: Flip-flops and outside clothing are not permitted in the spa areas. Swimsuits are optional — we provide comfortable spa wear and fresh towels for your use. Uniforms are provided for the communal areas
Hygiene: Please shower before entering any pools or sauna rooms.
Belongings: Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Lockers are provided for your convenience.
Atmosphere: Kindly keep voices low to help maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment for all guests.
TREATMENTS
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a 50% service charge.Promotions & Gift Certificates
Spa specials and promotional offers may not be combined with other discounts, promotions, or third-party gift certificates.Arrival Time
To ensure the best experience, guests with scheduled treatments are asked to check in at least 30 minutes prior to their appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened or canceled service.
SAFETY
Health & Safety Guidelines
For the safety and well-being of all guests, individuals with open wounds, menstruating, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or experiencing serious health conditions are kindly asked to refrain from using our spa facilities or services.Guests with mobility concerns are advised to bring a trained assistant, as our services require physical movement and our staff is not equipped to provide direct mobility assistance.
Individuals who are elderly, pregnant, or have medical conditions should consult with a physician prior to using our sauna or spa facilities.
